About returns

◆Guidelines for returns - If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email or phone in advance.
・Do not throw away the delivery note; please include it with the product when returning the product.

-Returns will only be accepted for unused items. (There is no problem with trying on clothes indoors.)
- SALE items are not eligible for return.
・Please return the item without removing the tag. (There is no problem in removing the product from the bag.)
・For products purchased outside of Store Mesta, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
・If the item is out of stock, we may not be able to exchange your desired color or size.
-Products purchased at Store Mesta cannot be returned or exchanged at the store.

We cannot accept returns for the following items: If any of the above applies, we will send the item back to you with shipping charges paid on delivery. Please note.

・Products that have been purchased for more than 10 days ・Products that do not have a delivery note, accessories (tags, etc.), or packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) that can prove the date of purchase ・Products received as a gift ・Products purchased outside of a store or Mesta Purchased products, products that have been repaired or processed by the customer, products on sale, products that customer service has determined cannot be returned.

Also, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you pay for the return shipping costs in advance (at the customer's expense). If you wish to exchange items such as color or size, there is no problem if you send the item by cash on delivery (at our expense).
